This is Margaret. By profession, I am a dancer. But recently, I have been lying in bed after a car accident. Though the injury is not serious but as I am always overworked, my doctors told me to take some rest. While I was in the resting period, I acquire some flab. I didn’t notice it at fast but after I became fully fit, I was surprised to find that my favorite jeans trousers are not fitting properly.

I discussed with my family members, who stressed on the matter that it would be my personal decision. After pondering over it for sometime, I decided to go with the 3 Day Diet. Just in three days time, I lost 10 lb. what is most important to me is that I will now be able to wear all my favorite jeans in the coming New Year party. I am also feeling a lot livelier and am getting a lot of energy to do my daily scores. I am so happy with my decision and to have got back my curves.
